Gravity fed brewing systems have always been such a unique fascination to myself, especially those breweries in older European cities, such as Uerige, in Düsseldorf. But gravity fed wine systems? Never even considered the possibility.. And now I know the wine industry does not mess around when it comes to extreme ideas…
